Signing Ceremony at the Presidential Palace
On 28 March 2017, Georgia and Latvia signed a number of bilateral cooperation agreements.
Following the expanded-format meeting between the President of Georgia, Giorgi Margvelashvili, and the President of Latvia, Raimonds Vējonis, several agreements, memoranda of understanding, and cooperation contracts were formally signed at the Presidential Palace.
Among them was a cooperation agreement between the Georgian Cable Television Association and the Latvian Telecommunications Association, establishing a framework for joint activities and future collaboration.
The agreement was signed by Guram Beruashvili, Chairman of the Georgian Cable Television Association, and Pēteris Šmidre, President of the Latvian Telecommunications Association
